1. Acceptance of Terms
By using RentAToolUS, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our service. We may update these terms from time to time.
2. User Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You’re responsible for maintaining your account security and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Rental Terms
Renters agree to: use tools properly and safely, return tools on time and in the same condition, pay all fees including security deposits, and report any damage immediately. Late returns may incur additional fees.
4. Vendor Terms
Vendors agree to: list tools accurately with clear photos and descriptions, maintain tools in safe working condition, honor confirmed bookings, and resolve disputes professionally. RentAToolUS takes a 15% commission on completed rentals.
5. Security Deposits
Security deposits protect vendors against damage. Deposits are held during the rental period and released after successful return. Vendors may forfeit deposits for documented damage beyond normal wear.
6. Limitation of Liability
RentAToolUS is a marketplace connecting tool owners and renters. We are not responsible for the condition of tools, injuries during use, or disputes between users. Users rent and list tools at their own risk.
7. Prohibited Uses
Don’t use our platform for: illegal activities, fraudulent listings, harassment of other users, or any activity that violates these terms. We may suspend accounts that violate our policies.
